Offer “technical assistance” to LAN partners testing Clinical Episode or Population Based Payments where stakeholders want to include evidence-based nutrition care in the design.
Share its Patient Centered Nutrition Services framework with LAN participants seeking to estimate the total cost of care throughout the continuum of care in chronic disease prevention and management.
