11B: Multi-Payer Data Aggregation and Quality Metric Alignment in Colorado

With one of the longest standing multi-payer collaboratives in the country, Colorado provides an important laboratory for lessons learned on the path toward meaningful multi payer data aggregation and quality metric alignment. This panel will explore the promise of multi-payer data aggregation and shared quality alignment and its centrality in strengthening CMS’s multi-pronged efforts to both strengthen primary care and multi-payer collaboration. This panel will also discuss a variety of use cases and data sources, with a particular focus on the use of data to support providers at the point of care. Panelists will explore how the Colorado experience can potentially be applied to markets across the country as we collectively drive toward the Triple Aim.
